3. Subscription & Billing

We offer paid content, including recurring subscription services. Fees, billing cycle, and renewal terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). You may cancel your subscription through those platforms. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

Use our content for commercial purposes;

8. Termination

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, wondernow co LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

11. Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding. This arbitration agreement survives the termination of these Terms.

Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You and wondernow co LLC agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after the changes become effective indicates your acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to them are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
